group booking terms + conditions

what is a group booking | wagamama group bookings are for 8 or more guests

making a group booking | not all wagamama restaurants accept group bookings and on some occasions time restrictions will apply. please speak with the restaurant for more information

online group bookings | if you choose to make your group bookings online, you will need to complete the online form which will be emailed to your selected wagamama restaurant. once the restaurant has received the details, they will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking details telephone or in-store group bookings | if you choose to make your group bookings over the phone or in one of our restaurants, one of the restaurant staff members will complete a short booking form on your behalf

cancellations | we require at least 48 hours notice via email if you need to cancel your group bookings. if you do not have access to the internet, please call the restaurant and speak to the manager on duty to cancel your booking

running late? | if you're going to be late please call the restaurant and let them know. if you are more than 15 minutes later than your booking time and have not notified us, we may have to give your table away to other guests

guest numbers | if your party is proving popular and your numbers are increasing or you have lost a few guests along the way please give us at least 24 hours notice. please note that any substantial increase in guest numbers is subject to availability

set menu | wagamama offer a delicious group bookings set menu! if you would like to use the set menu for your party please advise the restaurant at the time of booking

special diet? | we can cater for guests with different dietary requirements but please speak to your server for further information and menu options. please note if your party select the set menu your options may be limited

restrictions | no food/beverages except those supplied by wagamama are permitted to be consumed on the premises

party cake | if you are having a party at wagamama and would like to bring your own cake please phone the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance and speak to the manager on duty. alternatively, we do offer a selection of desserts for you to choose from

party decorations | unfortunately we cannot allow silly string, party poppers or any type of confetti in the restaurant

payment terms | we accept all major credit cards and cash, we cannot accept cheques. the credit card holder must be present when making payment

exclusions | all guests must order food, unfortunately we do not cater for drinks only

special requirements | if one of your guests has any special requirements (e.g. space for a pushchair) please ensure you let the restaurant know in advance so that we can ensure all of your guests enjoy the wagamama experience and we reserve the best table in the restaurant for your party

damages | the authorising signatory of the big booking will be responsible for the actions and behaviour of all members of the group. wagamama reserves the right to recover the cost for any damages/losses however caused
